Martyr Mohammad Ali Rajaei (1933 – 1981)
– Minister of Education in the interim government of Engineer Mahdi Bazargan.
– Member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (The Parliament of Iran).
– Prime Minister of Iran in the government of Abolhassan Bani Sadr.
– The second president of Iran.
– Finally, on August 30, 1981, just 28 days after his presidency, he was martyred in an explosion at the Prime Minister’s Office, along with Prime Minister Mohammad Javad Bahonar.
