Principally, I had a different opinion regarding [the memorandum of understanding], but based on the commitment made by the honorable President, in his capacity as Chairman of the Supreme National Security Council, on behalf of himself and its members, to uphold the rights of the Iranian nation and the resistance front, and his explicit acceptance of responsibility, I issued permission for it.
