RATIONALITY IN THE SERVICE OF COMMAND
After the war, he entered the Officers University and was among the founders of the IRGC’s advanced war command course (DAFOOS). From 1992 to 1997, he served as the commander of this center. During this period, he continued his education and earned a master’s degree in Defensive Management. With academic knowledge and military experience, Salami gained a unique scientific-operational position within the IRGC.
