Martyr General Hossein Salami
FROM VANESHAN TO THE STORM OF REVOLUTION.
Hossein Salami was born in 1960 in the village of Vaneshan, Golpayegan. He spent his childhood and completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown. In 1978, he was admitted to the University of Science and Technology to study mechanical engineering. However, the revolutionary atmosphere of those days pulled him beyond mere student life and toward political and revolutionary activities. It was there that the seed of his future path in the IRGC was planted in his heart.
