Hussein al_Houthi was martyred in 2004 as a result of the Yemeni government’s attacks on Houthi_populated regions. However, the spirit of resistance in Yemen did not fade; his legacy continued under the leadership of his father, Badreddin al_Houthi, and his brother, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
